These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Apeirya LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Domere.ai platform and services ("Platform," "Services").
The Platform provides an AI-powered interface for sovereign digital asset investment, including domain portfolio management, AI-driven valuation, market intelligence, and automated asset management. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Domere.ai is architected as a dual-layer system designed for sovereign digital asset investment:
The infrastructure layer consists of secure databases, API connections to domain registrars (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap), encrypted storage systems, and blockchain integration for on-chain assets. This layer holds your domain portfolio metadata, registration data, ownership proofs, and financial records. All connections to external registrars are encrypted and use industry-standard security protocols.
The intelligence layer is powered by advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous AI agents. This layer analyzes "The Body" to provide real-time valuations, strategic investment advice, market trend analysis, portfolio optimization, and automated management actions. The AI processes natural language queries and executes complex financial analysis workflows.
Important Disclaimer: "The Brain" is probabilistic and analytical in nature. While we strive for high-accuracy intelligence using state-of-the-art AI models and market data, all valuations, predictions, and recommendations are estimates and should not be treated as financial guarantees or investment advice. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We use Firebase Authentication and Google OAuth for secure identity management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Domere.ai offers multiple subscription tiers to meet different user needs:
Limited access to basic features, domain tracking, and simple valuation. Suitable for individual users exploring the platform.
For individual investors. Includes enhanced valuation models, portfolio tracking up to 100 domains, basic AI insights, and email support.
For professional domain traders and investors. Includes API access, advanced agentic AI tools, unlimited portfolio tracking, market intelligence reports, priority support, and custom integrations.
Institutional-grade tier with unlimited bandwidth, dedicated account manager, priority compute resources, white-label options, custom AI model fine-tuning, and 24/7 concierge support.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected billing cycle. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.
By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Dashboard settings (Settings → Account → Subscription). Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if payment fails, if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, no refunds will be provided.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle and will take effect at the start of your next renewal period. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.
You retain full, sovereign ownership of your data. The domain assets, portfolio metadata, financial records, investment notes, and personal configurations you input into Domere.ai remain your exclusive property. We do not claim ownership over your portfolio data or investment information.
Apeirya LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to: source code, software architecture, "Scientific Brutalism" design system, AI agent workflows, proprietary algorithms, valuation models, databases, user interface designs, and all related technology. The Domere.ai name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are trademarks or registered trademarks of Apeirya LLC.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit the Services; (b) modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Platform; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods; or (d) access the Platform to build a competitive product or service.
We explicitly covenant and guarantee that your private portfolio data, financial inputs, strategic queries, investment notes, and personal information are NOT used to train or improve our foundational AI models.
Your data is hermetically sealed within your individual user context and is processed by our AI exclusively for the purpose of serving your specific requests. Once a session or analysis is complete, the AI context window is discarded or securely stored in your private, encrypted database shard—never aggregated into training datasets or shared with AI model providers for training purposes.
This covenant is a core principle of our data sovereignty philosophy and a binding commitment to our users. We work exclusively with enterprise AI providers (Google Vertex AI, Anthropic, OpenAI) that contractually guarantee no training on customer data submitted via their APIs.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
DOMERE.AI IS A TOOL FOR ANALYSIS AND PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT, NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR OR INVESTMENT FIRM.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apeirya LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (d) any harmful or illegal activity conducted through your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may request a data export of your portfolio information within 30 days of termination by contacting support. After 30 days, we may permanently delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apeirya LLC regarding the use of the Platform.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
